What to expect

During this full-day, interactive program, clinicians, community health workers, community leaders, advocates and stakeholders share inspiration that will shape new approaches to tackling diabetes in South Carolina and explore outcomes from our partners. As a convening of all diabetes allies from across the state, this is your chance to learn from and share with each other and the funded programs of Diabetes Free SC. 

Focus on diabetes

Topics include a range of approaches to diabetes prevention and management. The day is dedicated to tackling challenges with solutions, sharing successes and sparking ideas. Clinical, non-clinical and community partners all have something to share and learn.

Learn from poster presentations

DFSC-funded programs will be featured in the poster session along with any organization that wants to share their diabetes-focused work.
