Published by the South Carolina Institute of Medicine and Public Health (IMPH) in April 2025, this report outlines the challenges and recommendations to address the specific issues in the state. Diabetes Free SC contributed expertise and guidance related to chronic disease and diabetes.
Healthy Palmetto 2025 – 2029 Action Plan, January 2025
Published by Healthy Palmetto, this action plan outlines the strategic priorities and plans to tackle barriers to health and quality of life in South Carolina. Our participation in the task force and funded support of the programs work towards the solutions presented.
Diabetes Free SC 2024 Annual Impact Report
The successful implementation of the DFSC-supported programs outlined in this impact report have addressed the immediate needs of South Carolinians affected by diabetes, and begun to build a foundation for long-term solutions that will help future generations live happier, healthier lives.
